WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), U.S. Toy Co. Inc., of Grandview, Mo., is voluntarily recalling about 29,000 Children's Butterfly Necklaces. The clasps on the necklaces contain high levels of lead.
