WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Rhode Island Novelty, of Cumberland, R.I., is voluntarily recalling about 48,000 Children's Powerpuff Girls necklaces. The recalled jewelry contains high levels of lead.
