WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Wal-Mart Stores Inc., of Bentonville, Ark., is voluntarily recalling about 70,300 Holiday Time Christmas Mug Gift Sets.
