WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Jakes Fireworks Inc., of Pittsburg, Kas., is voluntarily recalling about 4,000 March or Die Mine/Shell Fireworks Devices. The tubes on these fireworks devices could become loose, making the devices unstable during use.
