WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), GeoCentral, of Napa, Calif., is voluntarily recalling about 19,000 Butterfly Necklaces. The metal clasp on the necklace contains high levels of lead.
