WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), TOBY N.Y.C., of New York, N.Y., is voluntarily recalling about 14,000 TOBY & ME Jewelry Sets. The recalled metal jewelry sets contain high levels of lead.
