In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Calligaris USA Inc., of High Point, N.C., is voluntarily recalling about 400 ICE Bar Stools. No injuries have been reported.Description: This recall involves Calligaris bar stools with a contemporary design. The stools have a black or chrome metal base, a low-back, and plastic seats that come in orange, black, white, green, or clear. Hazard
The seat on the bar stools can detach, causing the consumer to fall and suffer injuries.
Incidents / Injuries
Calligaris has received five reports of the seats detaching. No injuries have been reported.

Consumers should stop using these bar stools immediately and return them to the store where purchased for a merchandise exchange or a full refund of the purchase price.
