WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), The Hayes Company Inc., of Valley Center, Kan., is voluntarily recalling about 83,000 "Avant Yarde" Decorative Glaze Outdoor Candles.
