WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Rhode Island Novelty, of Cumberland, R.I., is voluntarily recalling about 850 Children's Spinning Wheel-Metal Necklaces. The clasp on the necklaces contain high levels of lead.
