WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Target, of Minneapolis, Minn., is voluntarily recalling about 82,000 Plush Boys Rattles. The tag sewn into the rattle contains: "Reg.
