WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), R.L. Albert & Son, of Greenwich, Conn., is voluntarily recalling about 55,000 Skull Pails Filled With Halloween Candy Mix.
