WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Target, of Minneapolis, Minn., is voluntarily recalling about 40,000 Home Patio Sets. The set consists of a table, an umbrella, and four chairs.
