WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), American Greetings Corp., of Cleveland, Ohio, is voluntarily recalling about 60,000 DesignWare Confetti Bursts. When the bags are inflated, consumers squeeze the bag and confetti bursts out.
