WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Farouk Systems Inc., of Houston, Texas, is voluntarily recalling about 5,700 WEE CHI Ceramic Hairstyling Irons. The iron's "on/off" switch was installed incorrectly.
