Description

Delayed ignition can cause the fireplace's propane gas to explode and break or shatter the glass door.

Hazard

Delayed ignition can cause the fireplace's propane gas to explode and break or shatter the glass door. This poses a laceration hazard to consumers nearby.

Incidents / Injuries

Kingsman Fireplaces has received two reports of fireplace glass doors breaking. No injuries have been reported.

Remedy

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled fireplaces and turn off the gas supply to the fireplace. Contact Kingsman Fireplaces to schedule a free repair.
