Description

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product.

Hazard

The garments fail to meet federal flammability standards for children's sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injury to children.

Incidents / Injuries

None reported.

Remedy

Consumers should stop using the recalled sleepwear immediately and return the product to the retailer where purchased for a full refund.

About 4,000

Sold At

Boutique shops nationwide and the www.p-jamas.com website from January 2006 through October 2010 for between about $50 and $100.
