Description

The following product safety recall was voluntarily conducted by the firm in cooperation with the CPSC. Consumers should stop using the product immediately unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product.

Hazard

When the ottoman is converted into a bed and weight is put on it, it can collapse, posing a fall hazard to consumers.

Incidents / Injuries

Improvements Catalog is aware of five reports of the bed collapsing, including two reports of minor injuries.

Remedy

Consumers should immediately stop using the product and contact Improvements to receive a store credit for the full amount of the purchase price.
