Description
The power cord of these pink and blue lamps can separate from the lamp and expose energized wires. This poses an electric shock risk.
Hazard
The power cord for the lamp can detach where it meets the clamp, exposing energized wires, posing an electric shock risk to consumers.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the lamp, unplug the power cord, cut the power cord off 2" to 3" above the plug, discard the lamp and send the plug to He Shan Lide, 4570 Eucalyptus Ave, Suite C, Chino, CA 91710 along with their name and address to receive a full refund, including the cost of postage for returning the plug.
