Description
The Alsace Furniture Collection chairs' back legs can bend when a seated person leans back.
Hazard
The chairs' back legs can bend when a seated person leans back. This poses fall and injury hazards to consumers.
Incidents / Injuries
Grandin Road is aware of eight reports of the chairs' back legs bending, including three reports of minor injuries.
Remedy
Consumers should stop using the recalled chairs immediately and contact Grandin Road for instructions on how to receive a full refund in the form of a merchandise credit for the value of the purchase price, plus applicable shipping, handling and taxes. Grandin Road is contacting its customers directly.
