Burien Floor Lamps

Description

The on/off foot switch on Burien-model lamps with four light sockets can melt.

Hazard

The on/off foot switch on the lamps can fail and melt, resulting in shock and fire hazards.

Incidents / Injuries

The firm has received three reports of melting switches, resulting in one report of property damage to the surrounding floor.

Remedy

Consumers should immediately stop using and unplug the recalled lamp and return it to the store for a repair. The store will replace the on/off foot switch with a new plug and dimmer. Consumers who purchased the lamps online should contact Dolan NW for a replacement lamp.
