Description

Openings between the metal rails are larger than what is allowed in the standard. A child could get trapped in the opening.

Hazard

The openings between the metal rails of the end structures are greater than allowed in the standard and pose a risk of entrapment or asphyxiation hazard.

Incidents / Injuries

No injuries were reported.

Remedy

Consumers should immediately stop using the product and contact the firm for a free repair kit with instructions.
