Description
The plastic bath seat with suction cups for children between 5 and 10 months old can tip over while a baby is in it.
Hazard
The bath seats fail to meet federal safety standards, including the requirements for stability. Specifically, the bath seats can tip over, posing a risk of drowning to babies.
Incidents / Injuries
None have been reported.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bath seats and contact Chelsea & Scott for instructions to receive a full refund.
