Hazard
The blender's blade shaft assembly can break during use, posing a laceration hazard to consumers.
Incidents / Injuries
Frigidaire has received eight reports of the blender's blade shaft assembly breaking. No injuries have been reported.
Remedy
Frigidaire is no longer selling blenders and the recall remedy is no longer available.
