Remedy
Consumers should immediately shut off power to the lights, remove the lamps to check the item number/date code of the recall, and contact TCP to receive a free replacement lamp with installation instructions.
Units Affected
About 25,000 (in addition about 1,350 were sold in Canada)
Sold At
Walmart and electrical distributors nationwide from May 2015 through October 2015 for about $20.
