SEAT BELT MAY LOOSEN WHEN EXTENDED COMPLETELY FROM THE NON-LOCKING RETRACTOR, EVEN THOUGH IT IS BUCKLED AND ADJUSTED SNUGLY. THIS ALLOWS THE FREE END OF THE BELT TO CREEP BACK INTO THE RETRACTOR WITHOUT WARNING. ... Read more

THE SEAT BELT MAY NOT REMAIN SNUG AFTER ADJUSTMENT. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: IN THE EVENT OF A SUDDEN STOP OR ACCIDENT THE SEAT BELTS MAY NOT SUFFICIENTLY RESTRAIN THE OCCUPANTS AND RESULT IN INJURIES.
Remedy
REPAIR SEAT BELTS OR ALTER DESIGN FOR SNUG BELT ADJUSTMENT AND RETENTION.
