Wrong infrastructure was presented to me for the following six years of purchasing the vehicle as the fueling station is always down and malfunctioning which means I cannot drive the car and when I called and spoke to a Mirai agent by the name of [XXX] to request a rental to go to work today on August 16th 2023 he refused saying that I need to drive further away from where I live to a station that he claims is within range which means loss of money, mileage and time if I am able to do so because I need to drive a distance back to where I live and then to work, please help. I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the malfunction of the Teammate™ Advanced Drive package in my recent purchase of a 2022 Mirai Limited edition, with the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN): [XXX]. The faulty performance of the system resulted in an accident and subsequent damages to my vehicle. On November 5, 2022, while operating the vehicle with the Teammate™ Advanced Drive package engaged, the car failed to stop as intended and collided with a parked car, causing significant damage. Understanding the gravity of the situation, I immediately contacted my insurance provider and followed their recommended course of action. As advised, I took my vehicle to Carwest Collision Center for repair. Still I have not got my car back due to part issue, if you need more information , please feel free to ask. happy to provide. What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? Car suppposed to stop itself as it has all sensors. Still car rear ended other car. How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? Jeopardy. Since accident occured in residential area my family was okay. What if it was in Free way? Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? Not yet, they are not providing me alternate transportation during inspection so not ready yet from my side. Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others? Vehicle was inspected by Insurance as normal accident. Not sure if there were further investigation. Were there any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear? No warnings
