I WAS ROLLING INTO A PARKING SPACE, ALMOST TO A STOP, WHEN THE ACCELERATOR ACTIVATED. I APPLIED BRAKES, BUT THE CAR CONTINUED TO ACCELERATE. SKID MARKS ARE VISIBLE.
