This vehicle has left me stranded with my family multiple times with out being able to pull over on the side of the road. It’s had so many coolant leaks, hoses bust, and a hand full of coolant leaks in the whole system. The jaguar dealership has worked on vehicle multiple of times without any success. The vehicle while driving didn’t even warn me the coolant was low. When I pulled over and opened the hood, it busted of the coolant cap on its own and coolant was busting out everywhere cause it to leak on me.
Constant coolant issues, leaks, water pump, thermostat, overheating and repairs over the past 1.5 years.
Over the past 18 months I have had numerous issues with the coolant system causing the car to over heat and leak coolant. It is the same issue with the coolant system every time.
My safety bag warning light has been coming on and off. I have no accidents or anything mechanically done to cause this to trigger. In addition, I never knew my seats had any memory as I have never used this option since I've purchased the vehicle in 2019. At times my driver seats moves on its own, without me touching anything.

There has been random frequent issues with some of the safety features failing or deactivating. The issues is presented as an alert popping up saying the “Blind Spot System Not Available”, then when putting the car it to reverse I also get the message “Reverse Traffic Detection Not Available”. On some occasions the issue presents as the alert for “AEB Not Available”. The issue or alert clears after turning the vehicle is turned off for a period (not sure on how long).

I was involved in a car accident on May 27, 2021, in which I was rear ended by another vehicle at a high speed rate. My car was completely totaled. To my surprise, not a single airbag deployed and a passenger and I were injured in the accident. I have police reports and photos.

I WOULD LIKE TO REPORT FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE REGARDING MY WIFE, INCI'S UNFORTUNATE ACCIDENT ON 10/04/2019. SHE IS SUFFERING SIGNIFICANT PAIN DUE TO POST-ACCIDENT STERNUM AND RIB FRACTURES. I AM REPORTING THIS ACCIDENT REPORT FOR HER. AS CLEARLY DOCUMENTED BY THE ATTACHED VIDEO CLIP, SHE COMES AT THE FRONT OF THE GARAGE AND STOPS THE CAR FOR OPENING THE GARAGE DOOR. INSTEAD OF TURNING RIGHT SIDE TO PARK THE CAR THAT ACCELERATES WITHOUT ANY CONTROL STRAIGHTFORWARD AND HITS THE WALL. ALTHOUGH THE SPACE BETWEEN THE CAR AND WALL IS APPROXIMATELY 20- 22 FEET, THE DAMAGE IN THE CAR WAS A TOTAL DUE TO THE UNINTENTIONAL AND UNCONTROLLABLE ACCELERATION INDUCED HIGH SPEED [PICTURE IS ATTACHED]. MOREOVER, SHE HITS HER UPPER FRONT CHEST TO THE STEERING WHEEL AND THE AIR BAG OF THE CAR COMES AFTER THE IMPACT. THEREFORE, SHE HAD STERNUM AND RIB FRACTURES BY THE CHEST X-RAYS AND CHEST CT IMAGES FROM THE HOUSTON IMAGING LAB. THESE FRACTURES ARE VERY PAINFUL AND CAUSING A SIGNIFICANT LOSS OF HER QUALITY OF LIFE. WE BELIEVE THAT THIS UNFORTUNATE ACCIDENT MAY BE RELATED TO THE MECHANICAL FAILURES OF HER 2017 JAGUAR XE WITH UNCONTROLLABLE ACCELERATION & MALFUNCTIONING AIR BAG. OUR CAR INSURANCE COMP., THE STATE FARM IS PLANNING TO REVIEW THE "BLACK BOX" FROM THE CAR FOR FURTHER DOCUMENTATION. WE WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOUR OFFICE .REGARDING THIS CAR'S SAFETY DEFECTS TO PREVENT SIMILAR LIFE-THREATENING EVENTS.

ENGINE START STOP BUTTON PROVIDES HAPTIC FEEDBACK WHEN PRESSED BUT DOES NOT START OR STOP THE ENGINE, UNLESS PUSHED WITH ENOUGH FORCE. THE HAPTIC FEEDBACK LEADS THE OPERATOR TO BELIEVE THEY HAVE CORRECTLY DEPRESSED THE BUTTON BUT THE ENGINE HAS NOT STOPPED/STARTED. THIS IS CONCERNING AS WHILE THE CAR IS IN "DRIVE" YOU COULD THINK YOU HAVE STOPPED THE ENGINE WHEN THE BUTTON HAS CLICKED BUT NOT STOPPED THE ENGINE.
