SEATS:FRONT ASSEMBLY:HEAD RESTRAINT
THE FRONT DRIVER AND PASSENGER SEAT BACK HEIGHT DOES NOT CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS NO. 202, "HEAD RESTRAINTS."
Remedy: SHERRY DESIGNS WILL PROVIDE AN ATTACHABLE HEADREST FOR THE DEALER OR CUSTOMER TO ADD TO THE SEATS.

WIRING UNDER STEERING COLUMN OVERHEAT, CAUSING SMOKING AND MELTING OF PLASTIC COLLAR, WHEN BLOWER MOTOR IS OPERATED ON HIGH FOR OVER A FEW MINUTES. VERY SIMILAR AS '94 TRUCK RECALL #00V135000. REPORTED TO DEALER AND WAS TOLD WIRE HEATING WAS NORMAL.

HAVE TAKEN TO DEALER 3 TIMES & THE PART WAS REPLACED 3 TIMES. *AK THE BOLT CRACKED ACROSS ITS DIAMETER IN A CPMPLETE CIRCULAR PIECE. *YH

WHILE DRIVING OWNER SMELLED A BURNING ODOR. WHEN VAN WAS CHECKED FOR THE PROBLEM, THE IGNITION SWTICH / FUSIBLE LINK AND CONNECTORS WERE FOUND BURNED. THEY WERE REPLACED AT OWNER'S EXPENSE. *ML

PAINT IS PEELING ON SEVERAL LOCATION ON THIS VAN I UNDERSTAND THIS IS A LARGE PROBLEM WITH DODGE VEHICLES I AM CONCERNED THE WINDSHIELD MAY PULL AWAY WITH THE PEELING PAINT AND LOOSE BOND. I HAVE CONTACTED DODGE ABOUT THIS THEY OFFERED TO PAY FOR HALVE A PAINT JOB BUT IT WAS NO FAULLT OF MINE THAT THE PAINT IS FALLING OFF THIS 30,000 DOLLAR VAN. NO SAFETY DEFECT MENTIONE DIN SUMMARY.
