CERTAIN E SPEED RACING COMBINATION LAMPS SOLD AS REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT FOR USE ON CERTAIN PASSENGER VEHICLES LISTED ABOVE. SOME COMBINATION LAMPS THAT ARE NOT EQUIPPED WITH AMBER SIDE REFLECTORS FAIL TO CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 108, LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES, AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT.
Remedy: E SPEED RACING WILL NOTIFY OWNERS AND OFFER TO REPURCHASE THE LAMPS. THE RECALL BEGAN MAY 10, 2006. OWNERS MAY CONTACT E SPEED RACING 909-923-3636.

DT: 1995 CHEVROLET CHEYENNE. THE CONSUMER STATED THE THROTTLE BODY MESSED UP THE VACUUM LINE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL MECHANIC, HE STATED IT WAS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT. ALSO, THE MECHANIC CLAIMED THIS PROBLEM WOULD PREVENT THE VEHICLE FROM PASSING EMISSIONS. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED THE PREVIOUS OWNER COMPLAINED THAT VEHICLE WAS GETTING SLUGGISH. I WANT CHEVROLET TO PUT MY TRUCK'S VIN# ON THE LIST. THIS IS A SERIOUS SAFETY PROBLEM AND CHEVROLET SHOULD FIX IT. THIS INTERMITTENT OPERATION HAS OCCURRED APPROXIMATELY 10 TIMES.

SECONDLY, I SCHEDULED MY TRUCK FOR A VECHICLE RECALL ON A GAS TANK MOUNTING PROBLEM, LOST A 1/2 DAYS WORK DROPPING OFF AND PICKING UP. WHEN I PICKED UP TRUCK I HAD TO ASK WHAT THEY FOUND RELATIVE TO THE TANK AND WAS THEN TOLD, "WELL WE DIDN'T HAVE THE PARTS IN STOCK TO FIX IT." I ASKED TO BE CALLED WHEN PARTS CAME IN AND I STILL AM WAITING. I CALLED GM TO COMPLAIN AND WAS TOLD TO GO TO ANOTHER DEALER..THAT WAS THERE SOLUTION. THIS PROBLEM REMINDS ME ON THE ONE I HAD ON MY 1990 CHEV. DUALLY. THE PAINT WAS PEELING OFF THE TRUCK AND GM ADMITTED THAT THEY HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE PRIMER, I WAS DELAYED MONTH AFTER MONTH BY DON HEWLETT CHEV. IN GEORGETOWN TX IN SCHEDULING A RE-PAINT. WHEN I FINALLY INSISTED ON A DATE, I WAS TOLD GM NO LONGER COVERED THE DEFECT DUE TO TRUCKS AGE. GM WOULD NOT SUPPORT FIXING THE PROBLEM EVEN THOUGH IT HAD BE REPORTED WITHIN THE RECALL PERIOD. I WROTE ABOUT THIS A FEW WEEKS AGO THAT THE WIPERS HAVE BEEN STOPPING DURING A RAINSTORM BUT THE DEALERS LANDMARK AND NORMAN FREDE CHEVROLET IN CLEAR LAKE,TX WILL NOT REPLACE THEM BECAUSE MY SERIAL NUMBER IS NOT INCLUDED EVEN THOUGH THE PROBLEM CAN BE DUPLICATED SIMPLY BY WASHING THE VEHICLE. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM NHTSA WHETHER OR NOT THIS LAST MESSAGE WAS RECEIVED.

I TOOK IT TO NORMAN FREDE CHEVROLET IN CLEAR LAKE TEXAS FOR A RECALL NOTICE ON THE SEATS WHICH COULD CUT FINGERS IF FOLDED AND THEY SAID THAT THEY COULD NOT FIX BECAUSE THE WARRANTY EXPIRED(3 YEARS)EVEN THOUGH THE TRUCK ONLY HAS 20690 MILES.
