I KNOW IT ISN'T A CHEMICAL OR SOMETHING THAT GOT ONTO THE SURFACE TO CAUSE THIS BECAUSE THE CAR IS KEPT CLEAN ALL THE TIME. THERE IS NEVER A TIME WHEN THE CAR IS DIRTY.
