I, personally, observed a **visible cloud of white smoke coming from or immediately behind the vehicle while it was being operated**. The rider also reported a **burning smell** while operating the Ryker. The vehicle reached approximately 60 mph during the trip. I am concerned that there may have been a mechanical, exhaust, fluid, cooling, electrical, assembly, or other defect present when the vehicle was delivered.
