Defect Description
Braun Corporation (Braun) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Ram ProMaster vehicles. The installed window may have the wrong type of glass for an emergency exit. Consequence
A noncompliant emergency exit can increase the risk of ejection and injury during a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the window, free of charge. Interim owner notification letters explaining the safety risk were mailed by May 26, 2026. Owners will receive another notice once remedy becomes available. Owners may contact Braun's customer service at 1-800-488-0359.

Trailer Brake Controller displays message on Dash intermittently that the trailer brakes are disconnected, and after a short pause it will say reconnected. This occurs multiple times a day. This did not occur with my previous GMC. I do have solar panels and Lithium batteries
