Full Narrative
On May 30, 2013, at 2218 central daylight time, a Beech 3N (BE-18), Canadian registration C-FWWV, collided with the water on takeoff from Red Lake, Cochenour, Ontario, Canada. The airplane was registered to First Air Service and operated by a private individual. The pilot and passenger were fatally injured and the airplane received substantial damage. The airplane was en route to McCusker Lake, Ontario. The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the Canadian government.
