Full Narrative

On May 13, 2013, about 0015 EDT, a Sikorsky S-76A, Helicopter, C-GIMY, impacted terrain after departing the Moosonee Airport (CYMO), Moosonee, Ontario. The two pilots and two medical crew were fatality injured in the accident.
