Full Narrative

The Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) of the United Kingdom has notified the NTSB of an incident involving a Sikorsky S-76C. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the AAIB investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Design and Manufacture of the helicopter.

All investigative information will be released by the AAIB of the United Kingdom.
