Full Narrative
On January 30, 2011, at 1012 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), a Boeing 757-200, registration TF-FIH, a cargo conversion aircraft, had the main cargo door severely damaged by winds during cargo operations.
The Icelandic Transportation Safety Board is investigating the incident. As the state of manufacture of the airplane, the NTSB has designated a U.S. Accredited Representative under the provisions of Annex 13 to the Convention on Civil Aviation to assist the Icelandic Transportation Safety Board.
