Full Narrative

On September 30, 2012, about 1305 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), a Boeing 777-200 sustained damage to the forward left passenger door and aircraft structure when a jetbridge was moved during boarding operations at Rome Fiumicino Airport, Rome, Italy. There were no injuries to the 245 passengers and 14 crewmembers on board.

The accident is being investigated by the Agenzia Nazionale Per LA Sicurezza Del Volo of Italy.
