On September 5, 2012, at 1053 coordinated universal time, a Socata TB200, Portuguese registration CS-DEH, owned by CAE Global Academy of Evora and piloted by a student pilot, received substantial damage when it impacted terrain under unknown circumstances near Evora Aerodrome (LPEV), Portugal. The pilot was fatally injured. The flight originated from LPEV.
