Full Narrative
On August 2, 2012, about 1830 universal coordinated time, a Cessna A188A, Columbian registration HK-1477, was substantially damaged when it impacted wires and terrain during an aerial application flight near Casanare, Columbia. The foreign certificated pilot was fatally injured. The flight departed Soceagro Airport (VNU), Casanare, Columbia, at an undetermined time.
