On May 28, 2012, about 0920 universal time (UTC), a Netherlands registered Cessna 172M, PH-SKJ, was destroyed when it impacted terrain about 17 nautical miles southwest of the Rotterdam The Hague Airport, The Netherlands. The pilot and three passengers were fatally injured.
