Full Narrative
On April 21, 2011, about 1850 coordinated universal time, an Embraer EMB-810C, Brazilian registration PT-EFS, was destroyed when it impacted terrain shortly after takeoff from Eduardo Gomes Airport (SBEG), Manaus, Brazil. The two flight crewmembers and five passengers were fatally injured. The flight was destined for Sanatrém, Brazil (SBSN). The flight was conducted under Brazilian flight regulations.
