Full Narrative

On January 7, 2011, at 2045 universal coordinated time, a Partenavia P68C, Venezuelan registration YV1303, was destroyed after it impacted terrain during the en route phase of flight, near Cojedes, Venezuela. The pilot and four passengers were fatally injured, and one passenger received serious injuries. The flight was operated under Venezuelan flight regulations and had departed from General Santiago Marino Caribbean International Airport (SVMG), Nueva Esparta, Venezuela.
