Full Narrative

On June 7, 2010, at 1000 UTC, a passenger was seriously injured when she fell through the railing of the integral airstair on a Ryanair Boeing 737. The event took place at Girona-Costa Brava Airport, Girona, Spain, as the airplane was being boarded for a flight to Leeds-Bradford International Airport, Leeds, United Kingdom. None of the other 161 passengers or 6 crewmembers were injured. The accident is being investigated by the Comision de Investigacion de Accidentes e Incidentes de Aviacion Civil of Spain.
