Full Narrative
In a written statement to the Federal Aviation Administration, the pilot reported that during the landing roll the airplane was struck by a gust of wind. The airplane veered to the right and the left wing scraped the ground. The airplane sustained substantial damage to the left wing, left wing rear spar, and left horizontal stabilizer. The pilot reported the wind as 350 degrees at 20 knots.
Despite repeated attempts to obtain a Pilot/Operator Aircraft Accident/Incident Report Form (Form 6120.1) from the pilot, to this date this form has not yet been received by the Safety Board.
