On May 31, 2010, a Cathay Pacific Boeing 747-400F, B-HKH, experienced a flap retraction anomaly after landing at London Heathrow International Airport (LHR), London, United Kingdom.
The incident is being investigated by the British Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB). As the state of design and manufacture, the NTSB has designated a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the AAIB in their investigation. All inquiries should be directed to:
