Full Narrative
On January 3, 2010, at 0605 UTC, an Air Berlin Boeing 737-86J, registered in Germany as D-ABKF, ran off the end of runway 06 at Dortmund, Germany, during an aborted takeoff. Snow was falling at the time. The takeoff was aborted due to an airspeed indicator anomaly. The airplane was not damaged and no injuries occurred. The event is being investigated as a serious incident by the German Bundesstelle fur Flugunfalluntersuchung (BFU).
