On April 7, 2020, about 1640 hours universal coordinated time, a Cessna 650 airplane, Mexican registration XA-SDU, was involved in an incident at the Abraham González International Airport (MMCS), located in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico, The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the government of Mexico's investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13.
