Full Narrative

The AAIB of India has notified the NTSB of an incident involving an Airbus A321 airplane with CFMI CFM56-5 engines that occurred on November 8, 2019. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the AAIB's investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as State of Design and Manufacture of the engines.
