On July 26, 2019, about 2130 coordinated universal time, a Sikorsky S76 C+, EC-JES, impacted terrain at the Vigo Airport (LEVX), Vigo, Spain.

The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the government of Spain. This report is for information purposes only and contains only information released by or obtained from the Comisión de Investigación de Accidentes e Incidentes de Aviación Civil (CIAIAC).

The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the CIAIAC investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13.
